Connecting YOUR device to DER wireless.

This linked page has specific short cuts for Apple devices (ipods/ipads/iphones and Mac Computers)

Generally ......

If your device (computer, tablet iDevice) is compatible, it should simply be a matter of connecting to nswdet wireless base station.

Use your normal procedure to 
connect to wifi to select the nswdet base station.

Username is like garry.stokes@nswdet. 
(You are pretending that you are connecting from a little laptop.)
Password as normal
You should accept the certificate when/if asked.
You also need to set up a proxy.

My U/S/T drive is not available

Sometimes, the drives do not mount on a desktop machine or need to be set up on a little laptop.

Click on the link to mountdrives.bat below, which should save it to your computer, then doubleclick on it.

Note: it does not matter if you get errors, they only mean you have already have a particular drive.
